Booking Policy:

  • Customers must book tours online through our website.

  • A non-refundable deposit of €250 per person is required for bookings made more than 120 days before the tour start date to secure your reservation.

  • 25% of the total tour cost must be paid 120 days before the tour start date.

  • 50% of the total tour cost must be paid 90 days before the tour start date.

  • The full tour cost must be paid 60 days before the tour start date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A cancellation fee of €400 is applied to cover administrative costs.

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable.

  • Any third-party vendors involved in the tour package may impose cancellation charges or full payments, which the customer must cover. Valhalla Tours Ireland will provide invoices if needed.

Refund Policy:

  • If cancellation occurs 61 days or more before the tour start date, customers will receive a full refund on any payments made, excluding the deposit, cancellation fee, and any third-party vendor fees.

  • If cancellation occurs 60 days or less before the tour start date, there are no refunds on any monies paid.

Social Media Policy:

Valhalla Tours Ireland may use images or video taken on tour of individuals during activities for promotional purposes, including on our social media platforms, unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer.

Medical Conditions & Dietary Requirements.

Medical Conditions & Dietary Requirements

If you are affected by a medical condition which may affect your or other people’s enjoyment of the tour, you must advise Valhalla Tours Ireland at the time of booking. Similarly, you must advise us of dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about the tour you should make it known to your guide at the earliest opportunity. If you do not feel that your guide has dealt with your complaint in a satisfactory manner, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible so that we can help find an agreeable solution during your tour. Any outstanding complaints not resolved during the trip should be notified to us in writing within 30 days of the scheduled date of return.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

Customers are solely responsible for checking the accuracy of the dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents.

Valhalla Tours Ireland does not provide travel insurance. Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance and are advised to do so for the duration of your tour.

Valhalla Tours Ireland will not be held responsible for any activities on the itinerary cancelled due to weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure events, or cancellations by third parties.

Valhalla Tours Ireland is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while on tour or any personal injury incurred while on tour.

Valhalla Tours Ireland reserves the right to update or alter these terms and conditions at any time. All customers are bound to the current terms and conditions at the time of their tour.

Covid-19 Policy

If any guest at any time directly prior to or during the tour shows symptoms of Covid-19 we request that all parties involved or in close contact must do an antigen test immediately. If the test results are positive, the guests that show a positive result and anyone that shares accommodation with that person must leave the tour with immediate effect.

This is to protect all other guests and your guide.

Provisions are in place to arrange alternative accommodation and transport but it is at the cost of the guests effected.

Travel Insurance

We highly advise to purchase travel insurance for your entire trip to Ireland. Any accident or injury or loss or damage to personal property will not be covered by Valhalla Tours Ireland.
