Cancellation Policy

You may defer your tour up to 90 days before your tour start date, provided your new tour date is at least three months or more after your original date. This allows flexibility while ensuring smooth scheduling for all guests.
In terms of refunds, please note the following conditions:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 61 days or more before your tour start date receive a 100% refund minus the deposit.

Cancellations made 60 days or fewer before your tour start date are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to our office. The date we receive your written notice determines the refund type.
We strongly recommend that travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
If Valhalla Tours Ireland must cancel a tour due to safety concerns, or other exceptional circumstances, you will have the choice to receive a full refund or credit toward a future tour.
Website Availability
We aim to keep our website running smoothly, day and night. However, online services may sometimes fail or require maintenance. Because of this, we provide access to our site on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Governing Law
